Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibility:

1. Supervise and take charge of all content related to Subject Humanities for classes IX to XII
2. Creation & upgradation of Lesson plans, worksheets, Question Papers, subject enrichments, and digital content for teaching aid
3. Provide a checklist for experiments, class-wise, to the schools as per the CBSE norms
4. Conduct/support induction and refresher trainings for selected schools
5. Any other training as per requirement of the school/ Corporate
6. Share a list of training to be conducted annually to improve the standard of Subject specific in the schools.
7. Conduct a surprise audit for selected schools.
8. Review audit documents, including questionnaires, checklists, rubrics, and parameters for rating.
9. Communicate with teachers regularly and provide all the academic support from CO, acting as a one-point contact between the school and the CO academic team.
10. Ensure the smooth functioning of the schools by making regular reports and providing suggestions/feedback/comments.
11. Help the school plan events on special days
12. Share the plan for remedial classes.
13. Ideation for school improvement /Self-development
14. Take part in all internal academic team meets/identified conferences/selected external training and workshops, and contribute towards self-growth along with school improvement.
15. Review and give comments/feedback to relevant academic documents (as and when required)
16. Take part in all other initiatives organized by CO periodically
17. To keep updated with CBSE circulars from time to time.
18. Collateral proofreading
19. Ensure that each of the collaterals should be proofread for the school listed above before sharing with the schools.

Skills Required:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate/B.ED/M.ED with subject specific qualification
2. Min 3yrs experience as Educator/Teacher/Faculty with Edtech Organization or in a school
3. A go-getter attitude with Strong subject knowledge
4. Tech-savvy with an understanding of Education
5. Ready to travel, should be a good communicator and team player
