Subject Matter Expert - PSC

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) PSC to join our Academics team in Kozhikode . This full-time role is crucial for delivering high-quality coaching for Kerala PSC and other state-level competitive examinations .

The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and a thorough understanding of the latest PSC exam patterns, syllabus, and evaluation methods .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging, and concept-oriented lectures for PSC-related subjects .
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized academic support to students.
• Develop, review, and regularly update study materials in line with PSC syllabus and exam pattern changes .
• Monitor student performance, provide timely feedback, and guide students toward continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on PSC notifications, syllabus revisions, and exam trends , and incorporate them into teaching plans.
• Collaborate with the academic team to design test series, question papers, and performance analysis reports .

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines (Arts, Science, Engineering, or related fields).
• Subject Expertise: Strong command over PSC-relevant subjects (General Studies / Quantitative Aptitude / Reasoning / subject-specific papers).
• Experience: Prior experience in Kerala PSC or state-level competitive exam coaching is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, mentoring ability, analytical thinking, and a student-focused teaching approach.
