Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Subject Matter Expert - Insurance Telesales. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their marine insurance requirements, providing guidance on suitable insurance products, and supporting the sales team with subject matter expertise on marine, property or Workmen Compensation Insurance. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of marine insurance policies, assist in policy customization, and address customer queries while maintaining industry and product knowledge to drive sales success.

Compensation: 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marine, Property or Workmen Compensation and a strong understanding of same
• Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to convey technical and operational details clearly to clients
• Experience in the insurance or marine sector is a plus
• Strong customer service and telesales abilities
• Relevant certifications or a background in insurance or maritime studies is preferred
