Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert in R2R with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance-Record to Report (GL) and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our finance and accounting processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee the general ledger (GL) accounting activities including journal entries reconciliations and month-end close processes.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of R2R activities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support internal and external audits.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems and tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on R2R processes and best practices.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to R2R activities.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL).
  • Nice to have experience in Merchandising Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
