Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP Concur.
Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement) to optimize T&E workflows.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and change control procedures.
Support audits and ensure the solution complies with internal controls and regulatory standards.
