Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP Concur.
• Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice, etc.).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement) to optimize T&E workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional role with SAP Concur.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to travel, expense, and invoice management.
• Experience with SAP Concur configuration, user support, and reporting (e.g., Cognos or Intelligence Reporting).
• Familiarity with integration tools/APIs between SAP Concur and ERP platforms.
