Must have 16+ years of experience as delivery manager and head in Salesforce with extensive experience in managing large programs; teams and projects includes a communications data model, Configure, Price, Quote (Industries CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), order capture, Digital Commerce, Industries Order Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management as well as cloud-specific application suites. � Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC): Design, test, launch, and manage products and offers based on reusable components. EPC integrates with third-party product catalogs, BSS, and OSS. � Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ): Generate accurate quotes and orders for consumer and business services. CPQ supports MACD processes, Multi-Site Quote and Order Capture, asset-based ordering (ABO), attribute-based pricing, availability, eligibility, and compatibility. � Order Capture: Controls the selling process and generates accurate opportunities, quotes, and orders for B2B and B2C services. � Digital Commerce: A cloud-based solution that enables high-volume browsing and configuration of product offers on self-service channels, advanced order-capture, guided selling, and the ability to manage peak traffic using elastic scaling. � Order Management: Decompose and orchestrate fulfilling customer orders, dynamically manage inflight order revisions, provide real-time order visibility, and ensure timely service delivery. Order Management Integration enables you to configure how Industries CPQ interacts with third-party order management systems. � Contract Lifecycle Management: Create contracts within Salesforce leveraging the data in the CRM. Contracts are digitally generated and can be emailed or faxed. Recipients can digitally sign the contract on any device and automatically return it. Signing authority is enforced automatically and the contract registers upon signature. The contract is stored in Salesforce. � Communications data model: TM Forum SID-compliant physical data model provides support for B2B, B2C, integration with third-party BSS and OSS, Accounts, and the Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Party Model.
