Styling Executive / Fashion Consultant – Indian Ethnic & Bridal Wear

We are looking for a confident, client-facing Styling Executive / Fashion Consultant who can understand customer requirements, pitch the right designs, elevate the look, and close sales especially in bridal and occasion wear .

This role requires a blend of fashion sense, communication skills, and sales ability , with strong experience in ethnic wear and handling bridal, groom, and family clients .

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Styling Consultation

• Handle walk-in, appointment, and lead-based clients
• Understand client requirements: occasion, budget, body type, color preferences
• Suggest suitable ethnic designs, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling options
• Create complete looks (outfit, blouse, dupatta, styling suggestions)

2. Bridal & Groom Handling

• Manage bridal, groom, and family styling consultations
• Guide clients through bridal trousseau planning
• Build trust and confidence with high-value clients
• Ensure a premium and comfortable consultation experience

3. Sales & Conversion

• Pitch designs effectively and upsell / cross-sell where appropriate
• Address objections and convince clients on look, fit, and value
• Close sales and ensure order confirmation
• Maintain follow-ups for pending or undecided clients

4. Lead Management & First Calling

• Handle first interaction calls for incoming leads (online / offline)
• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and intent
• Book appointments and manage client follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client flow

5. Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with production / merchandising teams on client requirements
• Ensure accurate communication of customization or alteration details
• Maintain basic client records, follow-ups, and sales updates

Required Skills & Experience

• 26 years of experience in ethnic wear / bridal fashion sales
• Strong understanding of lehenga, saree, suits, bridal & groom wear
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling high-value bridal clients
• Sales-driven mindset with styling sensibility
