The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region , offering a blend of in-person strategy and work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the face of Uppseekers, guiding families through the complex journey of overseas education .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Enrollment: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets for our study abroad programs.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations with students and parents to understand their overseas education aspirations and present tailored Uppseekers solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead generation on LinkedIn and other platforms to final enrollment.
  • Market Representation: Effectively communicate Uppseekers' unique value proposition in the competitive international education landscape.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the mentorship and strategy teams to ensure a seamless transition from "prospect" to "global scholar."


Qualifications
  • Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the study abroad sector, including knowledge of global university rankings and the overseas education application lifecycle, is highly preferred.
  • Sales Mastery: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-net-worth families.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
  • Growth Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, "startup-energy" environment.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
