The charter for this role will include:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents.
  • Drive revenue generation through direct B2C sales initiatives.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet Allotted Sales/Revenue Targets.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.
  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
  • Report & Data Management
  • Pipeline forecast & Management
  • Represent the organization by participating in seminars, webinars, and other outreach events


Ideal Persona:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of the study abroad ecosystem
  • Strong research aptitude and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Proven knowledge or experience in B2C sales processes
  • Demonstrated experience in handling virtual/video conferencing platforms professionally
  • Prior experience in engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or premium clientele, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver high-touch support
