Beyond Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and were looking for a passionate Study Abroad Advisor / Overseas Education Counsellor to join our RDC Ghaziabad team.

Location: RDC, Ghaziabad (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 14 years (Study Abroad preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may apply)

Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives

Counsel students on Study Abroad options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

Conduct profile evaluations & recommend suitable universities/courses

Convert walk-ins, calls, and digital leads into paid applications

Support admissions documentation (SOP/LOR guidance, checklists, follow-ups)

Coordinate with central processing & IELTS/PTE partners

Maintain CRM/lead data and ensure timely follow-ups

Participate in seminars, counselling days & center activities

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven yet student-centric mindset
• Basic knowledge of Study Abroad processes (or willingness to learn fast)
• Comfortable working with targets and CRM tools
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
