Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager based in Mumbai. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating schedules, overseeing projects, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and leading the studio team. The Studio Manager will also handle sales initiatives to bring in new clients and promote studio services.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours as per project requirements
• Prior knowledge of or exposure to the entertainment industry
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Comfortable using a smartphone camera and managing social media platforms for basic content needs
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
