About Us:
We are a next-gen creative studio in Bangalore, designed for creators, agencies, and brands looking for premium, plug-and-play content production spaces. Were seeking a Studio Client Relations & Business Development Manager to own client engagement, studio promotion, and revenue growth while working hand-in-hand with our in-house creative team.
What Youll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications and lead conversion
- Host studio recces and client visits, delivering a curated, premium experience
- Maintain detailed booking sheets, lead trackers, and revenue dashboards
- Take full ownership of monthly revenue targets and sales growth initiatives
- Drive studio promotion on social media, support BTS content capture, and collaborate on ad video campaigns with the in-house production team
- Strategize and execute promotional content to boost studio visibility and bookings
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PIs), billing documentation, and handle client records
- Actively pitch to agencies, creators, and production houses to generate new business
- Build expertise in production setups and studio offerings to guide clients confidently
What Were Looking For:
- 13 years in client servicing, sales, or studio management roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of production workflows and content creation trends preferred
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable meeting revenue goals
- Creative flair with an interest in marketing and campaign execution
