Role Overview

Were seeking an enthusiastic studio brand manager who has ability to enhance brand identity, own the voice, visuals, and overall vibe, ensures every post, podcast, and advertisement feels authentic & represents the brand, leading to joyful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio management, run like a tight ship, setting the direction to establish as a brand
• End to end customer service support, managing and supporting the teams
• Creating strategy and execution plan for existing and new customers
• Collaborate with editors and designers to plan and execute social media content.
• Track leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in an organized manner.
• Assist in on-ground studio coordination during shoots and events

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic understanding of sales or customer service processes.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

A proactive attitude with an ability to take ownership of tasks.

Interest in media, production, or digital marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in communications, media production, marketing or related field preferred

Prior experience of 1-2 years in related field will be an advantage,
