Mumbai | Full-Time | The Student Scoop

The Student Scoop is entering its next phase of structured growth and we are looking for a revenue-driven, parent-facing professional to lead our Admissions & Outreach function.

If you understand how to convert inquiries into enrollments through structured counselling (not pushy sales), this role is for you.

Role Objective:-

Drive student enrollments through:

  1. Structured parent counselling
  2. Lead funnel management
  3. Outreach partnerships
  4. Relationship-driven conversions

This is a performance-focused role with clear KPIs and growth potential.

You will be responsible for:-

  1. Managing the complete inquiry demo enrollment funnel
  2. Conducting professional counselling sessions with IB & Cambridge parents
  3. Maintaining CRM & daily reporting discipline
  4. Driving school & community outreach initiatives
  5. Collaborating with marketing to improve conversion rates

Ideal Candidate:-

  1. 25 years in education admissions / counselling / outreach
  2. Strong English communication & presentation skills
  3. Structured and data-driven mindset
  4. Comfortable handling high-value parent discussions
  5. Growth-oriented and target-focused
  6. Experience in IB / Cambridge segment will be an added advantage.
