Student Relations Coordinator

This is an on-site role based in Pune City for a Student Relations Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining student engagement, organizing events and activities, and supporting student leadership initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing academic guidance, fostering communication between students and faculty, and ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment that enhances the overall student experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of students and staff
• Excellent Communication skills for addressing student needs and facilitating interaction between stakeholders
• Experience in the Education sector with a focus on student support and institutional processes
• Skills in Student Engagement and promoting participation in academic and extracurricular activities
• Familiarity with Student Leadership programs and initiatives
• Proficiency in organizing events and managing schedules
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
