About the Role

We are seeking a Student Recruitment Manager US Medical Programs to drive student recruitment and enrolment growth in India for a leading US based medical university.

This is a target-driven recruitment role focused on building a strong pipeline of prospective students for US MD, Pre-Med, and Health Sciences programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical admissions recruitment and a proven track record in student conversion.

Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

• Drive student recruitment for US Medical / Caribbean MD programs
• Generate and manage qualified leads through:
• Education fairs
• Webinars & seminars
• School & coaching institute outreach
• Referral networks
• Build partnerships with study abroad agents and consultants
• Identify new recruitment channels and expansion opportunities

Conversion & Pipeline Management

• Own the complete recruitment funnel from inquiry to enrolment
• Counsel prospective students and parents on:
• US medical pathway (UG MCAT MD)
• Admission criteria & eligibility
• Program structure & outcomes
• Track and achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment targets
• Maintain CRM data and monitor conversion metrics

Relationship Management

• Develop strong relationships with:
• Pre-med coaching centers
• Science colleges
• Education consultants
• Represent the university at recruitment events and fairs
• Act as a brand ambassador in the Bangalore market

Required Experience & Skills

23 years in:

• International student recruitment
• US admissions / medical program recruitment
• Caribbean medical universities
• Health sciences admissions

Strong understanding of:

• US medical education pathway
• Pre-med and MD programs

Demonstrated ability to meet enrolment targets

Experience in handling high-value programs (medical preferred)

• Strong presentation and communication skills
