Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include planning, vendor coordination, content creation, and analysing
lead-gen data.
Represent The WorldGrad at events & activations: Plan, develop, and implement
on-ground, basic digital (content creation for social posts/stories/reels), and experiential
marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Drive active outreach to schools, coaching centres, educational institutions, and student
hubs to pitch our proposition and build a strong on-ground presence and generate
high-quality student leads through targeted institutional outreach, events, and
community-based activations, in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Plan and conduct seminars, information sessions, and workshops at partner institutions
to educate students and key influencers, strengthen credibility, and generate interest in
The WorldGrad offerings.
Assist in running on-ground BTL campaign activities: Coordinate with external (channel
sales) and internal (sales & marketing teams) stakeholders for the online & offline brand
asset requirements for events, like registration forms, e-invites, OOH, standee, tent
cards, brochures/flyers, event culmination assets, etc.
Coordinate with local vendors for OOH & collateral printing material, gifting & giveaways
for footfalls/delegates at the event.
Help us track footfall, engagement, and conversions during activities. Post-event,
convert the warm leads to quality hot leads.
Be open to travel in Gujarat, locations not limited but majorly Ahmedabad, Surat, Anand,
Vadodara, etc.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications from Tier 1
colleges.
Experience: 2 - 4 years of brand activation/regional field activation/BTL activation.
(Candidates with student recruitment experience from the edtech industry and agencies
will be preferred.)
Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated track record of relationship management along
with regional, English, & Hindi spoken and written communication skills. Working in a
structured fashion and multitasking are a must.
Others: Looking for self-driven individuals comfortable working in a small team,
fast-paced environment, must be proactive and goal-oriented.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC: 6,00,000 (fixed) + variables
Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards for outreach and education
marketing roles. Additional incentives may be offered based on monthly/quarterly lead
generation, event performance, and conversion outcomes.

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Non-negotiable travel in case the event/recce/client meet takes place on
