We are looking for a high-impact Student Mentor to join our team in Kozhikode. This isn't a desk jobits a leadership role. You will be the primary navigator for students aiming for the world's best universities, providing the strategic roadmap they need to succeed in highly competitive admissions landscapes.

• Elite Counseling: Provide high-level academic and career roadmaps tailored to international standards.
• Strategic Shortlisting: Curate precise university and course lists that align with student profiles and Ivy League-level aspirations.
• End-to-End Guidance: Mentor students through personal branding, essay narratives, and the nuances of global applications.
• Holistic Coaching: Help students develop the soft skills and "personal X-factor" required by top-ranking admissions committees.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal experts and stakeholders to ensure every student receives a "One Percent" experience.

• The Communicator: You possess exceptional English proficiency (multilingual skills are a major bonus) and can articulate complex ideas with ease.
• The Strategist: You have a deep understanding of (or a passion for learning) global education trends and elite university requirements.
• The Empath: You are an active listener who can build trust and rapport with ambitious young professionals and their families.
• The Professional: You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Education: A Bachelors degree in any field (International education background is a plus).
• Experience: Proven experience in counseling, coaching, or student mentorship.
• Skills: Proficiency in guidance techniques and a sharp eye for academic detail.
