About the Role

EdShala is Indias first student-centric social learning platform.

We are looking for IIT-JEE and NEET focused mentors who are also influencers educators, senior students, toppers, or content creators who can guide students, build trust, and grow a strong learning community.

This role is not sales-oriented . The focus is on mentorship, guidance, content, and community engagement .

Key Responsibilities Mentorship & Student Guidance

Guide IIT-JEE / NEET aspirants through doubts, strategy & motivation
Conduct live Q&A sessions, discussion rooms, or mentorship hours
Share study approaches, common mistakes & preparation insights

Influencer & Community Engagement

Create short educational content (reels, posts, discussions)
Actively engage with students inside the EdShala community
Build trust and credibility among aspirants

Podcast & Collaboration

Participate in podcasts, interviews, and panel discussions
Collaborate with EdShala for recorded sessions (online/offline)
Interact with other mentors, educators & toppers

Community Building

Help grow IIT-JEE / NEET focused groups inside EdShala
Encourage healthy discussions & peer learning
Support new students joining the community

Skills & Requirements

Strong command over IIT-JEE or NEET syllabus
Ability to explain concepts simply
Comfortable on camera or in live sessions
Genuine interest in mentoring students
Positive, responsible & student-friendly attitude
