This is aspecialised counselling role, requiring prior exposure toUS medical pathwaysand the ability to guide students and parents through complex, high-stakes academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents onUS medical education pathways, program structures, eligibility, and career outcomes
• Guide students through the admissions journey includingprogram selection, application process, timelines, and enrolment closure
• Drivestudent conversionsfrom enquiry to confirmed enrolment through structured follow-ups and consultative counselling
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, education fairs, and partner networks
• Address parent concerns related toacademics, career prospects, investment, and long-term outcomes
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and outreach initiatives targeting medical aspirants
• Maintain accurate lead records, counselling notes, and conversion status on CRM systems
• Track counselling performance, application movement, and enrolment metrics
• Stay updated on US medical admissions requirements, program changes, and compliance norms
• Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to ensure a smooth applicant experience

Mandatory Requirements

• 23 years of experience counselling students for US medical programs
• Prior experience with aneducation agency or university handling US university admissions
• Strong understanding ofmedical education pathways for the US
• Proven ability to manageparent-student counselling conversations
• Demonstratedconversion orientationwith experience closing admissions
• Experience working with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus)
