This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will guide and support students with career planning, academic decisions, and personal development. Responsibilities include interacting with students to understand their needs, providing effective counseling, recommending suitable educational paths, and handling student inquiries with professionalism and care. The role also involves engaging with prospective and current students, maintaining student records, and fostering a positive student experience.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experienced in Customer Service and building positive relationships
• Familiarity with educational systems, processes, and best practices
• Ability to empathize, analyze student needs, and provide tailored guidance
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in student or career counseling is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
