Student Communications and Sales Coordinator

We are hiring a Student Communications and Sales Coordinator at Nathaniel School of Music, Bangalore.

We have 120,000+ YouTube subscribers, 18 years of teaching, and a full suite of music courses ranging from private lessons to video programs to group classes. We need someone who can convert enquiries into enrolments, hit monthly targets, and make sure every student who joins stays, grows, and comes back.

This is a sales and student success role. If you enjoy persuading people, explaining products clearly, following up professionally, and building long-term relationships, this is for you. Musical knowledge is not required. We need communicators and closers.

What you will do:

• Handle all enquiries and guide students through admissions
• Package and present courses to match each student's goals and budget
• Meet monthly enrolment targets per classroom
• Manage fee collection, invoicing, and student records
• Drive retention, referrals, and Google reviews
• Build the community that keeps students coming back semester after semester
