Student Advisor-Malayalam

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Advisor to join our team at Allen Online. This is a Pan-India role where you will serve as a trusted guide for prospective students and their families across the countryoffering personalised counselling and support throughout their academic decision-making journey. You will be responsible for engaging with leads via outbound and inbound channels, presenting the right learning solutions, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to monthly enrollment targets. This role is ideal for professionals who are self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping students succeed through effective communication and consultative engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:

Become a product expert and be able to present company products to new

and old users.

Connecting and counselling of Potential customers.

Maintaining connections with prospects through outbound calls , mailers etc.

Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing sales.

Maintain Database and records of the prospects in CRM

Achieve the assigned Sales targets on a monthly basis.

Prepare and review his/her daily funnel for better productivity
