Structure Design Engineer - L3

Position Summary

We are looking to hire a skilled Revit Modeler (Structural) with 2-4 years of experience in structural drafting and modeling for US residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Revit Structure, sound knowledge of multiple structural systems, and the ability to lead a team of drafters and modelers.

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in structural drafting and modeling

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate structural models and drawings using Revit Structure for US residential and

commercial projects

Perform structural drafting for wooden/timber structures, light gauge steel, hot rolled steel, RCC,

and masonry construction

Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed structural documentation

Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and US codes

Coordinate with internal teams and other departments

Lead and guide a team of drafters and modelers and review deliverables for quality and accuracy

Software Skills

Revit Structure - Mandatory

AutoCAD - Required

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of US structural drafting standards

Ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications

Knowledge of construction methodologies and detailing practices

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

Appreciable written and verbal proficiency in English language

Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills

Good team player

Versatility to work across multiple teams and departments
