Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Structural Lead Designer to join our dynamic team in the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in structural design, with extensive experience in the construction field, particularly in designing luxury villas and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee structural design projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant structural codes and regulations.
• Design and analyze various types of structures, with a focus on villa and luxury residential projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Manage a team of structural engineers and provide guidance on best practices and innovative design solutions.
• Conduct site assessments, including working on contoured sites, to inform the design process.
• Utilize software tools such as ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and MS Office to produce accurate designs and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering (BE/ME).
• A valid license to practice as a Structural Designer.
• A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Proven experience in the villa and luxury real estate industry.
• Proficiency in using structural design software: ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of structural codes and best practices in the industry.
• Demonstrated experience in designing different structural systems and handling diverse types of structures.
• Experience in team leadership and project management within a consultancy setting.
