Role Description

This is a Part-Time Structural Engineer role focusing on our expanding portfolio of municipal infrastructure. You will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and vetting of diverse projects including high-rise buildings, public garden structures, bridges, and water supply/drainage facilities. You will work closely with our Architecture and PMC teams to ensure all designs are safe, cost-effective, and compliant with government standards. Your role includes reviewing structural drawings, performing load calculations, and providing technical guidance during the project execution phase.

Qualifications

Structural Expertise: Proven experience in structural design for Buildings (RCC/Steel), Bridges, and Infrastructure projects.

Technical Analysis: Strong ability to perform manual calculations and interpret geotechnical reports.

Design Standards: Deep knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) codes and municipal structural requirements.

Software Proficiency: Mastery of structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000, along with AutoCAD.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (M.Tech/M.E preferred) in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Experience: Previous experience in DPR preparation or PMC work for government bodies is highly preferred.

Attributes: High level of accuracy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on a part-time, project-basis.
