About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join

our remote design team, working on high-end residential, industrial, and large-scale

luxury developments. This is a pure design-focused role, involving structural analysis,

modelling, and detailed design of complex building systems using international codes

and modern engineering software.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Analysis & Design

Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel

structures

Timber design knowledge is considered an advantage

Design of structural components including:

• Beams, columns
• Core and shear walls
• One-way and two-way slab systems

Design of special structures such as:

• Lagoons
• Swimming pools

Foundation & Substructure Design

Design of:

• Isolated and combined footings
• Pile caps and deep foundation systems
• Retaining walls

Ensure structural stability and constructability under various loading conditions

Analysis & Calculations

Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ProtaStructure (Mandatory)

Prepare detailed structural design calculations using Prokon.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization in all designs.

Work Style & Availability

Ability to work fully remote in a design-only role

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Strong technical documentation and calculation presentation skills

Technical & Design Experience

Timber structure design experience

Exposure to industrial buildings and large-scale developments

Optimization-focused design approach for complex structures

Codes & International Exposure

Familiarity with American Codes, including:

oACI 318

oACI 224

oACI 239 (UHPC)

oASCE 7-16

oASTM A615, ASTM A416

Software & Digital Skills

Revit (Structures)

Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination

Experience working in multi-disciplinary, BIM-driven environments

Soft Skills

Strong written communication skills

Experience collaborating with international or distributed teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines remotely

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. (Masters in the same field

is an added advantage.)

Mid-level experience in structural design of buildings. (5-8 years of

experience).

Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Strong understanding of international codes and design practices

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
