Structural Engineer

Kshipra Imagineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and technically strong Structural Engineer RCC & Steel Structures to lead a small design team and ensure high-quality, safety-first, and code-compliant engineering deliverables.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for structural design and drawings , adherence to internal quality processes, mentoring junior engineers, and final technical validation of submissions prior to client issue .

• Lead steel structure analysis, design & detailing activities
• Guide and review GA, fabrication & connection drawings
• Ensure adherence to codes, internal QA/QC processes, and design workflows
• Perform final design & drawing checks before client issue
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with internal teams & clients

• Reports to: Senior Structural Engineer / Technical Lead
• Leads: 35 Structural Engineers & Detailers

• Quality & accuracy of design and drawings
• Adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Number of client comments / rework cycles
• Compliance with design and checking processes
• Team productivity and technical development

• B.E Civil with 5 years experience in design of RCC and steel structures ot M.Tech Structures with 3 years experience in design of RCC and Steel structures
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD /SACS)
• Strong knowledge of IS and International codes
• Prior experience in guiding junior engineers is a plus

• Early technical leadership responsibility
• Exposure to diverse and specialised structures
