We seek a highly analytical and experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical team, ensuring the safety and physical integrity of our landmark projects.

Role & Core Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the integrity of our designs from conception to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and practical construction oversight.

Design and Analysis

• Perform complex calculations related to pressure, loads, and stresses on structures.
• Prepare detailed structural reports, designs, and drawings using industry best practices.
• Analyze structural configurations and structural stability for foundational and vertical components.

Modelling and Simulation

• Utilize STAAD Pro, AutoCAD/Revit or similar CAD software for accurate structural simulation and design.

Material Selection and Safety

• Evaluate strength and durability of construction materials as per project specifications and budget.
• Provide expert advice on safe designs that comply with all relevant building codes and IS regulations.

Project and Site Management

• Liaise and coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Monitor work on-site to ensure adherence to approved structural specifications and standards.
• Support in obtaining and managing planning and building regulation approvals.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• 24 years of proven experience working specifically as a Structural Engineer.
• Mandatory proficiency in STAAD Pro and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and IS Codes.
• Strong understanding of Physics and Advanced Mathematics applied to structural mechanics.
• Analytical thinking, 3D conceptual skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines without compromising quality.
