This is a full-time on-site role, based in Navi Mumbai, for a Structural Engineer. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural components and systems for various construction projects. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, performing structural calculations, collaborating with architectural and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The role also involves conducting site inspections to ensure the structural integrity and quality of construction processes.

• Proficiency in structural analysis, structural design, and engineering principles.
• Experience with construction planning, project management, and cost estimation.
• Competency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000.
• Knowledge of construction materials and their applications in structural engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Capability to interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
• Successful completion of prior projects in structural engineering, with a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.
