Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models for steel structures, including foundations, steel members, and connections.
- Drawings Generation: Produce General Arrangement (G.A.) drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans.
- Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform interdisciplinary clash checks to ensure constructibility and resolve design issues.
- Material Take-offs (MTOs): Generate accurate material reports, lists of bolts, and bought-out items.
- Revisions: Implement design changes and revisions based on project updates or engineer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures software
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication, and construction principles.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Generally requires 1-3 yrs years of experience in structural modeling
