Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Structural Design Engineer based in Mysore. The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design calculations, developing cost-effective and innovative structural designs, creating CAD and AutoCAD models, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes. Additionally, the role includes ensuring designs are in compliance with local and industry standards, addressing client requirements, and preparing detailed reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BE Civil with at least 4+ years experience
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering to ensure the integrity and safety of designs.
• Experience with STADPRO, ETABS, Tekla, Structural Calculations, Reports
• Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for developing precise and detailed models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams for effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with local and international structural codes and standards is highly desirable.
• Professional/Consulting Engineer License, Solar PV Industry, LEED, Circular Economy understanding is a plus
