Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 5-7 years of professional experience to lead and deliver structural design and analysis for a wide range of projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, wood and composite structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis with international standards.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design drawings, and technical reports.
• Lead design activities for assigned projects and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide input to structure BIM and rebar team as per the design calculations.
• Review General Arrangement drawings, shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Peer review and design validation.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
• 57 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE7, Eurocodes, IS codes).
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, IdeaStatiCa, SAP2000, Enercalc, RISA-3D, RAM Connections).
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and client handling abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading project teams or acting as a discipline lead.
• Exposure to international projects and standards.
• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or Tekla is an advantage.
• Experience in design of Commercial structures, Industrial structures, Data Centre structures, Precast Concrete, Post tension slabs, Prestressed Concrete, Bridges and Water tanks are preferred.
