Structural/Civil Engineer

Experience- 4 to 7 years

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Execution: Oversee and coordinate various NDT techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Rebound Hammer Test, Half-Cell Potential Test, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetration Test (DPT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
Quality Control: Ensure all tests are performed per BIS, ASTM, BS, or other relevant international codes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret test results, prepare detailed reports, and recommend remedial actions based on structural condition assessments.
To analyse & design new RCC & Steel industrial structures like PEB shed, Multistorey office, Steel silo structure, chimney stack etc.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to structural safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental guidelines.
Documentation & Records: Maintain proper documentation of test procedures, results, and corrective measures.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, structural engineers, and site inspectors to address structural concerns.
Training & Guidance: Provide technical support and training to NDT technicians and junior engineers.
Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling of NDT activities

Requirements

Visiting site for design execution verification on needly basis.
Well versed in working on Indian design codes like IS 1893, IS 875, IS 800, IS 456 etc.
Vetting design of existing building as per governing engineering code & analysing & commenting on design stability of old designs.
Interacting with clients, design discussion.
