Structural CAE Analyst

Qualification: ME / M.Tech / BE: Mechanical / Automobile / Production

Responsibilities: 

• Performing strength & Durability simulation for commercial vehicle’s powertrain aggregates (ICE and HV Batteries) using Abaqus / Ansys and FEMFAT and model preparation using Hypermesh.
• Collaborating with design engineers to propose and implement design modifications that enhance structural performance and meet regulatory requirements. 
• Engaging with global teams to align on product development, methodologies and best practices

Must Have Skills:

• Good hands-on experience in structural & durability simulation topics with focus areas of powertrain components.
• Strong hands-on experience in Hyperworks, ANSYS / Abaqus, FEMFAT or equivalent FEM software’s 
• Strong know how of strength simulation of Battery module & attachments.
• Strong knowledge of FEM theory, Fatigue & understanding of interpretation of testing data & result plausibility. 
• Strong knowhow of quality criteria parameters to achieve quality delivery, able to identify and rectify bugs / errors.
• Knowhow of Engine Thermo mechanical fatigue simulation.
• Knowhow of Battery Swelling simulation.
• Knowhow of Topology Optimization.
• Strong Vehicle domain knowhow (Truck /Bus) 
• Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills, Presentation skills.
• Flexibility for international travel. 

Good to Have Skills: 

• Knowledge of simulation scripting languages. 
• Familiarity with experimental validation techniques for structural simulations.
• Experience in simulation methodology & process development.
• German Language
