Structural BIM Modeler

We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler to join our team for an on-site position only .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage structural BIM models using Revit
• Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, detailers, and site teams
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and deadlines
• Support revisions, RFIs, and coordination updates

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Structural BIM Modeling (Revit)
• Good understanding of structural drawings and construction methodology
• Ability to work independently on live projects
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
• 2-5 years of experience

Added Advantage:

• Precast detailing and modeling experience
• Rebar modeling knowledge (Revit / AutoCAD)
• Experience with shop drawings and fabrication-level detailing

This is a strictly on-site role. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.
