We are looking for a Strategy & Media Lead who understands that strong brands are built through thoughtful planning, smart distribution, and consistent presence across the right platforms.

This is not a pure execution role.

You will be responsible for shaping media direction, leading strategic conversations, and ensuring campaigns are structured to deliver meaningful brand impact.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients/agencies to build integrated, well-reasoned media strategies across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital media strategy for branding-led campaigns.

Develop integrated media plans across social platforms, content publishers, search, display, native networks, influencer ecosystems, and other digital channels.

Define audience frameworks, channel mix, and budget allocations with clear strategic rationale.

Align media strategy with creative and content direction to ensure cohesive execution.

Present media plans and strategic thinking confidently to clients and leadership.

Oversee campaign execution and guide optimizations where required.

Mentor junior team members and bring structure to planning processes.

Stay updated on platform developments, publisher opportunities, and audience behaviour shifts.

Ideal Profile

5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, integrated planning, or brand marketing.

Strong understanding of publisher ecosystems and cross-channel planning.

Experience building and presenting media plans aligned with brand objectives.

Ability to manage budgets and drive structured decision-making.

Balanced analytical and strategic thinking.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative mindset with leadership maturity.
