Strategy Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to work closely with the Co-Founder and support strategic initiatives, business priorities, and cross-functional execution. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will act as a thought partner, helping translate strategic ideas into actionable plans while ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The position offers high exposure to leadership decision-making and organizational strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Support

• Work closely with the Co-Founder to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic documents.

Analytics & Data Insights

• Analyze data and generate insights to support business planning and operational decisions.
• Track key business metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators. Build analytical summaries and reports for leadership reviews.

Problem Solving & Initiative Management

• Identify operational challenges and proactively propose solutions.
• Support execution of cross-functional projects and special initiatives driven by the Founders Office.
• Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

Executive & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
• Support communication with internal and external stakeholders when required.
• Prepare briefing notes and materials for leadership discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in roles such as Strategy, Business Operations, Founders Office, or Executive Assistant roles supporting leadership.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and discretion.

Preferred Background

• Graduates from premium institutions with an MBA (IIMs or ISB preferred).
• Experience working in startups or strategy roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and analytical tools.
