Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and techno-savvy Strategy Manager who will report directly to the Director. The role involves developing and managing strategic initiatives across Alandi, Indore, and Latur locations , supporting organizational growth, expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Alandi, Indore, and Latur locations
• Analyze institutional performance, competitor activities, and market trends
• Prepare and manage MIS reports to support leadership decision-making
• Support the Director in defining long-term goals related to growth, expansion, and improvement
• Create, evaluate, and optimize business strategies across multiple locations
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategy alignment
• Travel to Indore and Latur as required for strategic planning and execution
• Identify business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Educational Qualification

• MBA (mandatory) in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or related specialization

• Experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business roles
