Joining: Immediate

Compensation: 70,000 80,000 per month (In-hand CTC), depending on experience and fit

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and business-oriented Strategy Lead who will oversee the entire marketing and communication strategy for real estate projects. This role sits above the Creative Strategist and Art Director, driving macro-level strategic decisions that align marketing communication with business growth, sales objectives, and brand positioning.


The Strategy Lead will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, managing integrated marketing plans, optimizing media investments, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Positioning

* Define and lead brand positioning strategies for real estate projects

* Establish clear brand narratives and differentiation in competitive markets

* Ensure marketing communication aligns with business goals and project positioning


Project Launch & Go-To-Market Strategy

* Lead end-to-end project launch strategy and GTM planning

* Define campaign roadmaps from pre-launch to sales acceleration phases

* Align marketing strategies with sales timelines and inventory movement goals


Integrated Marketing Strategy

* Oversee ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground marketing initiatives

* Ensure unified campaign communication across all channels and platforms

* Build structured marketing funnels that drive awareness, lead generation, and conversions


Media Planning, Buying & ROI Optimization

* Lead media planning and buying strategies across digital and traditional platforms

* Optimize media investments to maximize campaign performance and ROI

* Analyze campaign data and refine strategies based on performance insights


Channel Partner & Broker Marketing

* Develop marketing strategies for channel partners and broker networks

* Create marketing tools, communication kits, and campaign support for broker-driven sales

* Ensure alignment between broker communication and brand messaging


PR, Corporate Communication & Reputation Management

* Oversee PR strategies, media visibility, and brand communication initiatives

* Manage corporate communication and brand reputation across public platforms

* Ensure consistent brand narrative and positive brand perception in the market


Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

* Conduct macro-level market analysis including competitor strategy, demand trends, and buyer behavior

* Identify strategic opportunities for stronger market positioning

* Use insights to shape project marketing strategy and communication frameworks


Campaign Governance & Strategic Oversight

* Provide strategic direction for campaign messaging, creative development, and marketing execution

* Guide Creative Strategists and Art Directors to ensure campaigns align with the strategic direction

* Review campaign strategies and communication outputs to maintain consistency and effectiveness


Budgeting, Forecasting & Agency Governance

* Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources

* Forecast marketing investments and campaign outcomes

* Establish processes and governance frameworks for efficient campaign execution


Pricing Strategy & Client Proposals

* Contribute to pricing strategies and product positioning for real estate projects

* Develop strategic inputs for client proposals and business presentations

* Support business development initiatives with strong strategic frameworks


Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

* Lead and mentor the strategy and creative teams across projects

* Ensure alignment between strategy, creative development, and marketing execution

* Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination


Site Tracking & Campaign Monitoring

* Oversee site tracking processes across the team to monitor on-ground campaign execution

* Ensure marketing activities at project sites align with the strategic direction and campaign objectives


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Client acquisition through strong strategic proposals and campaign frameworks

* Client retention through effective marketing strategies and campaign outcomes

* Marketing ROI and campaign performance optimization

* Successful execution of project launches and GTM strategies


Who Were Looking For

* 68 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing within real estate marketing/advertising (mandatory)

* Strong understanding of real estate project launches and sales-driven marketing

* Proven experience in GTM planning, integrated marketing strategy, and brand positioning

* Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and campaign optimization

* Experience managing PR, corporate communication, and reputation management

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

* Strategic thinker with strong business and market understanding

* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
