About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate / Associate Consultant to join our EMEA Strategy Consulting team in life sciences. You will support the design, development, and delivery of complex consulting projects for some of the worlds leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with client teams to identify strategic alternatives and business solutions
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and workshops for clients and internal teams
• Develop broad knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market trends
• Mentor and support junior team members, working independently and collaboratively
• Assist in the development of proposals and client deliverables
• Attend and present at client meetings, contributing to project execution and strategy discussions
• Support learning, development, and recruitment initiatives within the team

About You

• Undergraduate or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business, with 23 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry OR an academic PhD with commercial experience
• Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and interpretive skills
• Previous experience in Commercial or Strategy Consulting is highly valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and workshop facilitation
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and client organizations
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends
• Familiarity or interest in Generative AI applications in business problem-solving
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Right to work in the country of application
