Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, hands-on operator to work closely with senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, strengthening liability franchise, and ensuring disciplined execution across business verticals.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, capital raising, business execution, and process governance, and is suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes end-to-end ownership, and has a strong closure mindset.

The individual will function as a force multiplier to leadership driving outcomes, not just analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and business growth.
• Lead execution across teams, ensuring ideas translate into measurable outcomes while driving alignment, accountability, and timely closure.
• Support financial analysis, planning, and decision-making with structured insights.
• Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and maintain strong execution discipline.
• Build and institutionalize processes, controls, and performance-enabling frameworks.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines structured thinking with execution muscle.

Must Have:

• 03 years of experience in banking, NBFC, consulting, PE/VC, investment banking, or CEOs office roles.
• Structured, first-principles thinker with solid analytical skills and comfort with financial modelling.
• Comfort with liability products, structured finance, or credit businesses.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal articulation with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
