Strategy and transformation lead - Vice President

What you will be responsible for

As Strategy and transformation lead  you will

• Work closely with groups across technology and business to enable data driven decisions, financials transparency, communication strategies, townhalls, L&D sessions, compliance and legal asks
• Work closely with senior Business and Tech Leaders to provide transparency and benefits on technology initiative outcomes
• Work closely with stakeholders to champion innovation programs leveraging AI and Automation to achieve business benefits
• Assist with the technology planning and prioritization process including headcount and forecasting
• Assist with branding and transformation initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.
