The vision of the firm is to decentralize the supply chain, empowering young entrepreneurs and MSMEs to scale up and launch their products quickly.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Founder's Office - Strategy and Operations Executive at Make In The Box. The Executive will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning, operational tasks, and project coordination. The role involves travelling to client places in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This is a position for Master's graduates who are willing to work in deep tech manufacturing startups.

Qualifications

• Strategy and Operations Planning skills
• Data Analysis and Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Market Research and Analysis
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and interest in smart manufacturing
• Proficiency in AI research tools, and Microsoft Office
• Negotiations and procurements.
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with startups or in the manufacturing industry is a plus
