Key Responsibilities:

- Develop financial models (FM) for the fund-raise and ongoing strategic initiatives

- Prepare investor materials, presentations, and data-room documentation

- Support end-to-end due diligence processes-coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and investors

- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analyses to support decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Engineer + MBA education

- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial modelling / consulting / boutique M&A / program management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
