About the Role

Manova Technologies is looking for a high-energy, field-driven Recruitment Strategist with a strong communication ability and a true startup mindset. This role is critical to expanding Manovas blue-collar workforce network across Mumbai , especially in home services such as housekeeping, childcare, and patient care.

This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to step into the field , visit local areas, communities, and agencies, interact directly with blue-collar workers at various sources, and educate them about Manovas platform, benefits, and long-term opportunities.

You will act as the city-level face of Manova , working closely with agencies, local partners, and candidates, while coordinating with the central operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Receive manpower requirements and candidate criteria from the central operations team
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews of candidates
• Screen candidates as per defined job personas and service standards
• Perform basic document verification and on-ground background checks
• Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding, joining, and follow-ups
• Build and manage local sourcing channels through referrals, agencies, and field visits
• Visit point of source, residential clusters, and local hubs to onboard blue-collar workforce
• Act as Manovas field representative in the assigned city
• Support leadership and operations team during city visits
• Share daily field reports, candidate feedback, and sourcing updates
