We are looking for 4-5 exceptional interns to join our Research & Analysis Wing (R&AW). Unlike typical internships, this role places you as the "central intelligence hub" of our operations. You will not just collect data; you will synthesize it into actionable intelligence that dictates how our Technology, Marketing, and Venture Capital teams execute their strategies.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure "Depth and Perfection" in our product execution, validating every business decision against rigorous market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct "Gap-Heuristic Analysis" on internal assets and map competitor "moats" and tech stacks. Forecast trends in Equity markets, Business, future tech (AI, Blockchain) to predict market shifts by 2030.

• Strategic Implementation: Create "Technical Blueprints" and "Must-Have" lists for the dev team, Business and Marketing teams to avoid redundancy. Supply Marketing with "Targeting Logic" based on consumer psychology.

• Validation & Quality: Apply the "So What? " test to every insight to ensure it drives action. Lead "Alignment Sprints" with department heads to sync research with deployment. Define success criteria to stress-test products against real industry problems.

The Workflow (SOP)

You will master our 4-step cycle: Intake (multi-source data), Analysis (cross-verification), Briefing (creating transfer docs), and Validation (proving accuracy via public measurement).
