Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Strategic Project Manager. The Strategic Project Manager will lead and manage projects to ensure successful execution and timely completion. Responsibilities will include overseeing project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role will also require ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, managing logistics, and adhering to established timelines and quality standards. The candidate will play a critical role in achieving project goals and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Support the planning, execution, and optimization of projects by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

2.Actively manage and resolve urgent issues, stepping in for hands-on problem-solving and fire-fighting when required.

3.Take ownership of day-to-day operational and coordination tasks to free up leadership bandwidth.

4.Liaise with professors and academic professionals to initiate and manage podcast collaboration opportunities.

5.Assist in identifying and supporting business growth and development initiatives, including research, outreach, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting processes
• Proficiency in Project Management and managing inspection activities
• Strong skills in Logistics Management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with using project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is an advantage
