Summary: As a Strategic Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategic programs and projects in key areas. You will serve as the owner of key processes or assist the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting. Your role will involve acting as a subject matter expert and supporting teams by applying deep expertise and knowledge. You will contribute to the success of the organization by providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the execution of strategic programs and projects. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. - Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices. - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in managing large-scale strategic programs and projects. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. - Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. - Experience in change management and organizational transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
